Return Policy

We make returns and exchanges easy. Here’s how:

1. Contact us: Email service@muscle-stimulator.com for the return address.
2. Return the product: Ship it back using your preferred courier. Email the tracking number to service@muscle-stimulator.com.
3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the product, we'll process your refund or exchange.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customer pays for return shipping if it’s due to personal reasons (like change of mind).
• We cover return shipping if the product is damaged or defective.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 5 days for refunds.
